Huddle Sharespace is committed to the safety and well-being of our members, staff and guests. We know that many questions may arise with regard to COVID-19 and, like all of you, we’ve been monitoring the ongoing developments around the world and assessing the impact on our operations.
Huddle has always operated in a manner that ensures your safety, health and comfort. Not only do we have well-established cleaning protocols already in place, but we have now added extra focus to our cleaning and safety:
We have implemented physical distancing measures and hand hygiene through out our space as recommended by Public Heath Canada.
We have re-positioned the furniture in our lounge and hot desk area to ensure the recommended 6 feet of social distancing, but still encourage conversation and collaboration.
Masks are required in all communal shared spaces and in other areas when physical distancing is not possible and are available at the front office or from any staff member.
Everyone is asked to avoid gathering in high density places like entrances, the lounge, kitchen, etc.
Touch-less, automatic hand sanitizer dispensers have been placed at all entrances.
Sanitizer is located at the front reception, each printer station and every bathroom.
Touch-less, automatic soap dispensers are installed in each bathrooms.
Frequent spot cleaning of high-touch surfaces is done every day.
For contact tracing purposes, all visitors to Huddle must be signed in.All members and/or visitors are asked to report any illness of contact with COVID-19 to the front office immediately.
As a reminder, no person should enter our premises if they are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms.
